The story of Boiada Brazilian Grill began in November 2019 with its first location in Kennewick, Washington. Since then, it has expanded to Spokane and now Coeur d’Alene. Owners Hélio Vieira and Josiane Ballin bring a combined wealth of experience and passion to this endeavor. Vieira, who started his restaurant career in 2004, worked his way from the kitchen to management, driven by a dream of ownership. Ballin, with a background in project management and diverse industry expertise, shares Vieira’s vision of bringing authentic Brazilian dining to the Pacific Northwest.

At Boiada, the dining experience is a spectacle. Gauchos (Brazilian cowboys) serve freshly grilled meats tableside in the traditional rodízio style, carving cuts like picanha (prime sirloin), lamb chops, and tender chicken directly onto your plate. Complementing the savory meats is the Fresh Market Table, a vibrant spread of Brazilian and American sides, salads, and seasonal dishes.
