Elevated Physical Therapy & Wellness
Raising the Bar on Patient Care in Hayden, Idaho
In the heart of Hayden, Idaho, a growing physical therapy practice is making a big impact—one personalized treatment plan at a time. Elevated Physical Therapy & Wellness, founded in July 2023, is led by Dr. Emily Brown, a passionate and highly-trained physical therapist who’s dedicated to providing top-notch care to her community.
With a focus on patient-first care, Elevated Physical Therapy & Wellness emphasizes not just pain relief but holistic wellness. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply wanting to optimize your overall health, Emily and her team are committed to helping you achieve your goals.
Personalized Treatment with Cutting-Edge Techniques:
What makes Elevated Physical Therapy stand out? It's their dedication to providing the highest quality care, delivered with expertise and a personal touch. Unlike many practices, where patients may be seen by assistants or aides, every session at Elevated is one-on-one with a doctor of physical therapy (DPT). This ensures that your treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Their services range from pain relief and joint mobility to more specialized offerings like Functional Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. They even provide running evaluations and TPI Certified Golf Screens, making them the go-to choice for athletes looking to perform at their best. With no waitlist and flexible scheduling, patients can start their treatment quickly, receiving care when they need it most.

Meet Dr. Emily Brown:
The Driving Force Behind Elevated Dr. Emily Brown’s expertise comes from years of academic excellence and hands-on experience. After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, she further honed her skills through an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Residency at the University of Utah, making her one of only a few Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist Physical Therapists in the Coeur d'Alene area. Her love for learning and her passion for the outdoors have shaped her approach to patient care, blending evidence-based practices with an active lifestyle philosophy.
Her diverse background—ranging from competing in track and field at the collegiate level to skiing, biking, and hiking—helps her empathize with patients who are looking to get back to the activities they love. Whether you're recovering from a sports injury or just trying to keep active in later years, Emily’s insights into human movement and rehabilitation offer valuable guidance for all stages of life.

Specializing in running assessments, pediatric and adolescent orthopedics, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, and low back pain management.
Alex combines her passion for outdoor activities—ranging from snowboarding and boating to hiking and running—with a commitment to helping patients transition from clinical care to an active, community-based lifestyle. Now back in her hometown of Hayden, she proudly serves the community at Elevated Physical Therapy and Wellness.

Community Engagement:
Giving Back to Hayden Elevated Physical Therapy is more than just a clinic—it’s an active part of the Hayden community. Emily and her team are dedicated to injury prevention education and outreach. From offering free seminars to local fire departments and gyms to providing youth sports injury screenings, they are deeply invested in keeping the community healthy and informed. Emily’s involvement with the local Kootenai Composite Bike Club, where she’ll be coaching youth athletes, is another example of her commitment to the area.
Moreover, the clinic’s presence in local networking groups like BNI and Elite Business Connections helps build stronger ties within the business community, all while spreading the message of physical wellness and proactive care.
Looking Ahead:
Plans for Growth and Community Outreach The future is bright for Elevated Physical Therapy. Their next steps include expanding injury prevention programs to local soccer clubs and pickleball enthusiasts, ensuring that everyone in the community, from youth athletes to active retirees, can benefit from their expert care. Emily and her team are committed to reaching even more people, helping them live pain-free and stay active for years to come.
