For Drivers:

For Pedestrians:

Renovation Delays Push Museum of North Idaho’s Relocation to Next Spring

The Museum of North Idaho's planned move to the historic J.C. White House has been delayed, with a tentative opening now set for late March 2025. Renovation work on the historic site, relocated to McEuen Park in 2019, is expected to wrap up in December. The museum, currently operating at a temporary location, has also launched a new fundraising phase for expansion and recently received a $500,000 matching grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities. Young Black Bear Rescued Near Hailey, Relocated to Idaho Wilderness

A wandering black bear cub found in Hailey, Idaho, has been successfully relocated to a more suitable habitat in eastern Idaho. The cub, which had trekked over 120 miles in 17 days, was monitored by the Idaho Fish and Game (IDFG) as it passed near human areas, raising safety concerns. Wildlife officials safely trapped the cub and transported it to a secure wilderness location far from urban spaces, aiming to support its natural behavior while reducing risks of human-bear encounters.
