Record-Setting Voter Participation
Expected in Idaho This Election

Idaho is expecting record voter turnout this Election Day, with a significant portion of ballots cast early or by absentee. Secretary of State Phil McGrane noted that about 35% of votes are early or absentee, while 75% will be cast on Election Day itself, potentially delaying results until Wednesday morning. Kootenai County, the state's largest, will have extended counting time due to high in-person voting and all ballots processed at the county elections office. Early results will be posted at 8 p.m. PT. Read More...
