Hey CDA Local Buzz Folks, we would like you to meet Zelda ❤️. Zelda is four-year-old Labrador/Newfoundland mix female. She had a pretty rough start to her life but she is now safe and loving it! Big, strong, and beautiful, Zelda loves being in the outdoors hanging out with her humans and other dogs. What an amazing girl. She deserves a forever home 🙏.

A couple of local nonprofits (Hospice of North Idaho and Newby-Ginnings of North Idaho) is asking for votes to win a $1,000 donation from the Mountain America Credit Union Foundation in celebration of GivingTuesday. Santa Saddles Up for Cowboy Christmas
on December 14–15

The Cowboy Christmas event is back at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds on December 14–15, featuring five buildings of activities, over 60 vendors, and festive fun for the whole family. Santa will visit on Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. Learn More…

Schweitzer Mountain

Schweitzer will open for the 2024/25 season on November 22 for a Preview Weekend, operating select lifts and terrain. The mountain will close Thanksgiving week and reopen daily on November 29. Free parking and shuttle service will be available. Learn More…
