Companions Animal Center, formerly Kootenai Humane Society, has cared for and found homes for unwanted animals for over 45 years. Dine To Donate Breakfast with Santa

Applebee's will host a Breakfast with Santa on December 14 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. as the final Dine-to-Donate fundraiser of the year with Special Olympics of Idaho and Kootenai County Eagles. Tickets are $12, with kids under 5 free, and include a chance to win a Christmas tree and a gift card. Volunteers are needed to serve food, and tickets are available for purchase or sale. FAFSA Night Offers Support, Food, and Prizes for CHS and LCHS Students

Seniors can get help completing their FAFSA at Coeur d'Alene High School on December 12 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The event includes food and prizes like a laptop and iPad, donated by school boosters. Completing the FAFSA is key for financial aid and some scholarships. Students are encouraged to RSVP (HERE) to help with food planning. Learn More…

The "Courage for Claire" auction benefit will be held on December 7, 2024, in Post Falls, ID, to support Claire, a 14-year-old recovering from severe injuries after a car accident.
