Winter Storm Warning Issued for North Idaho
Heavy Snow Expected

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for parts of North Idaho, effective from Saturday at 4 PM until Tuesday at 4 AM PST. The warning covers several cities, including Plummer, Coeur d'Alene, Genesee, Hayden, Post Falls, Worley, Potlatch, and Moscow.
What to Expect:
Snowfall: Between 5 to 11 inches of accumulation.
Road Conditions: Hazardous winter driving, particularly during overnight and early morning hours.
Afternoon Conditions: Rising temperatures may lead to wet or slushy roads.
Drivers are urged to slow down, allow extra travel time, and stay updated on road and weather conditions. Authorities recommend carrying emergency supplies and being cautious while traveling during the storm.
