Downtown Coeur d’Alene is gearing up for a fun-filled Halloween event! Families are invited to bring their little ghosts and goblins to trick or treat in a safe and welcoming environment. Participating businesses in the downtown area will be handing out candy from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A K9 named Scout has joined FEMA to assist in recovery efforts for those affected by Hurricane Helene.
