Excitement Grows as Trader Joe's Prepares to Open in Coeur d'Alene

Trader Joe's is set to open in Coeur d'Alene by the end of 2024, at the former Runge's Furniture location, which is undergoing renovations. The store will hire over 60 employees, with wages between $16 and $22 per hour. Known for low prices and unique products, the new store has stirred excitement, eliminating the need for locals to drive to Spokane. This will be Trader Joe's first store in North Idaho, complementing its two locations in Spokane and two others in Idaho. (Read More...)

NIC Homecoming Week 2024 is HERE! Get ready for 4 days of action-packed NIC Athletics, fun competitions, free giveaways, and community spirit! Join us for an exciting celebration of NIC Athletics from October 16 to October 19.

Event highlights include:

· Basketball Madness on Wednesday, Oct. 16

· Soccer and volleyball matches throughout the week

· Wrestling Alumni Match on Friday, Oct. 18

All events on Saturday, Oct. 19, are free and open to the public. Special edition Homecoming 2024 shirts will be available at the women’s soccer game, while supplies last.
